- Pricing is effective May 1, 2011, and subject to change without notice.
- Orders delivered in Tennessee will be subject to 9.25% sales tax.
- Shipping/handling will be added to each order.
- Refer to the "Billing and Shipping" screen at checkout for shipping/handling charges. Residential deliveries require an additional $2.75.
